  • Delivered end-to-end tool migration (MVP) - Identified Zendesk as a tool for Care and drove the migration of the Care function from Salesforce Service Cloud to Zendesk, executing strategy for Care

  • Delivered Checkout’s support site (without an engineering team), becoming 4th most trafficked page and driving users’ ability to self-serve

  • Tripled product adoption in H2 2021 for Hosted Pages by doubling payment methods supported in Checkout’s strategic markets (USA, UK & EU) and extending use cases such as support to Marketplaces 

  • Drove close to 90% growth in processing volume (H2 2021) for existing flagship product Frames by operationalising additional use cases such as Payouts and additional language support. 

  • Supported and maintained in-house eCommerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, SFCC et al.), handling >$100m in processing volume – delivered a >50% YOY growth through addition of key features and payment methods across platforms
